The key to using heat without fucking up your hair is putting something on it before applying heat. I use this Redken spray and it is *amazing*. Even after a blowout my hair feels soft and healthy.

I've used those foam rollers over night and they're okay. I lack patience though and just end up using either a curling iron or a round brush on damp hair.
