In a time of increasing regulation of #OSS, how can an open source company leverage the strengths of an Open Source Foundation without getting caught in potential traps?

This is what Gaël Blondelle and @flzara.bsky.social addressed earlier this week at the Open Source Founders Summit.

What tangible benefits can a foundation offer your business? What are the real risks, and how can they be mitigated?

💡 Gaël Blondelle & @flzara.bsky.social are diving into these strategic questions at the Open Source Founders Summit today from 15:30 to 16:30 CEST: 05f5.com/schedule/202...

Petite question pour @projetarcadie.com si tu as qqs minutes.

A vertical banner for Software Heritage, labelled "The Great Library of Source Code." It features a yellow and white background with an abstract geometric logo at the top. The text reads, "We are building the universal software archive." At the bottom, the URL softwareheritage.org and "a project launched by Inria" are displayed, accompanied by the Inria logo. An image of bookshelves is subtly integrated into the lower part of the banner.

Panellists are seated at a long table below the screen, and side monitors show close-ups of the speakers. Audience members are visible in the foreground.

I'll be the MC of this next @ospoalliance.bsky.social OnRamp this Friday. This #OpenSource #AI definition is a hot topic and I'm pretty sure this will be an intense session with a lot of questions asked.
