Zoro is skeptical about the massage, but Sanji insists on the benefits. Zoro is unresponsive until he snaps and yells about wanting to be fucked.

Sanji pounces Zoro and touches him while kissing down his neck, undoing his pants and stroking Zoro.

Sanji's hand trails lower to finger into Zoro while he pulls off his shirt. Sanji mouths at Zoro's chest and works his way down, until he reached Zoro's dick and takes it down. Zoro cums and squirts down Sanji's face.
