It is okay. I’m retired, so easier on my schedule. Just so frustrating that brain won’t stop. I share everyone’s struggle that sleep is hard to come by. I’m grateful that my practice works many times.

I use all the deep breathing techniques.Then imagine a front loader driving through my brain picking up all the thoughts and dumping them in a dumpster.Slam the dumpster shut.Then relax upper and lower jaw, shoulders.Then focus only on breathing. If that doesn’t work, it’s 3 am before I sleep.50/50🤷🏼
