Oracle 26ai¹ was released yesterday.
From the SQL standpoint it's worth mentioning that is has got the QUALIFY clause:
I bet this starts an avalanche (there are already PostgreSQL patches).

This mostly becomes evident when you get off the path of default stats generation: Different, more often, other parameters, histograms. But IMHO it's the very same in all flavors.
