I loved this just as much as Legends and Lattes.

Devs do deserve respect and kindness, but to say that video game characters aren’t real, that’s not entirely true. They may not be real world flesh and blood, but there are many fictional characters that are real to fans in many ways. We struggle with them, cry, celebrate, cheer on. They’re real.

Also kind of glowing at the fact that @authorkimh.bsky.social followed me on BlueSky. Such a fantastic author with a series I’ve been following for 20+ years. I love social media for this aspect alone, to connect with some of my favorite authors in however small a way.

I hit #1 is Regency Romances and I’m freaking out!!

I’m about 126 pages into my first read through. I’ve never had to really dive into editing before. I’ve noticed some small things that need changing but I definitely think I’ll need outside help to really point out the flaws in my manuscript. Time to learn a new skill. Thank the gods for coffee.

You can buy the ebooks on Amazon, Nook, and Apple. The physical copies are harder to come by as they’re out of print for the individual volumes. However, Dark Horse has been reprinting them in Omnibus editions, 3 in 1. You can order them from most retailers. Even the omnibus editions are digital too
