Yep that sounds more like it. It could also be that with my stroke, I spent all my deductible. Now they don't say a word, they just pay for it. Next year though... look out!
I just felt no real compulsion to visit part 2 after the first, though I do remember liking it.
They've been surprisingly good to me, even having telephone calls with my 'support team.' After experiencing the "we'll pay for a few dozen visits to physical therapy, but not pay for just one MRI to diagnose your back" nonsense, I expected much worse, but after my stroke, they really surprised me.
