Haha. Yeah it would be nice to know what it actually tastes like and why it’s so good. The more I learn as I age I’m gonna guess the payoff would be anti-climactic however.

The massage chairs and hydrotherapy chairs are pretty much worth it themselves. They have some other perks as well. For the price you really can’t beat it.

I have a membership there and Powerhouse. PH for heavier days, Planet for some days I just need something quick. PH is 20 minutes from my house while Planet is literally in my neighborhood and also a half mile from my work. Planet is cheap enough as an additional membership so it works for me.

If you want to lift heavy Planet isn’t ideal. Lots of equipment but not a lot of plates or heavy barbells. I preface this by saying my location is getting all complete new strength equipment next week. So maybe an upgrade is coming? Still it’s cost effective and has some nice facilities. YMMV.

I know it’s 2025 not 1985/95, but it’s Detroit. A GI Joe headstomp wouldn’t be outta place.
