When you spend all of your mental capacity trying to do the HARDEST thing all the time, you don’t have as much bandwidth to adapt on the fly or stay calm during high pressure moments

Understanding your mind’s limitations leaves space for your brain to play in a more comfortable, fluid way. This applies to other genres like shmups too.

When it comes to fighting games, I think one thing that people seem to not trust is that your brain is a physical part of your body
