This is the real life shutting out of transgender professionals out of their careers, put bluntly this is EXACTLY what was done to jewish professionals in the early 1930s in Germany. At first specific people were hounded out of their jobs, and then they were banned from holding them.
The reason TERFs in the UK are so enraged by the very existence of transfemme doctors is that fundamentally they see us as the objects of medical inspection and discussion, not as people who can be doctors or nurses or therapists or whatever.
