Yeah. I think that’s exactly what he meant. I haven’t been to the States so can’t be certain but I think Australia’s Nullarbor Plains is the flattest and widest expanses (or one of) in the world.

I closed my office in town and moved the staff to wfh during Covid and still operating that way now. Wife wasn’t flying (hostee) so was at home starting up her cheesecake and brownie bakery. I was chief sampler. :-) Financial fear/stress also lead to daily beer consumption too. :-(

Yeah. Any muscle I had has all gone. I’ve just been on a keto diet and a basic morning walk of 5km each day. I’m expecting my weight will go back up a bit when I return to the gym next year.

Yeah. It’s been a mission. Needed to happen, was 120kg when I started. It’s pretty easy now but my loss has definitely plateaued at 90kg. I’m pretty comfortable at this size for now.

I dunno if they tasted bad so much as just didn’t taste like anything. The texture was just wrong, very processed.
