I think you may experience a similar spiral I find myself in—perfectionism. Being a design major has taught me that we will produce items that won’t meet our expectations, but that’s okay! We might not even realize that other people will find quality in work we value poor, so don’t beat yourself up!

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I relate to a lot of this thread. I’d love to make a game, but I only have about 3.5 of the 5 major skills (art, writing, music composition, can only 3D model buildings and assets but not characters). The caveat is programming, I only understand mini concepts 😔
