I appreciate a well put together SDK when vendors do them. Happy to write my own when they don't though.

Yeah, not being constantly distracted by notifications is great. Now when I get one, I know it's something I should care about.

I did this a few years ago, turned off essentially all notifications from apps, except for things that would need my immediate attention
