The Chicago Critics Film Festival THE CHICAGO CRITICS FILM FESTIVAL returns to the Music Box for its Thirteenth Year! The event, a seven-time nominee for Best Film Festival in the Chicago Reader’s “Best of Chicago” polls, annually features a selection of the most sought-after and anticipated films of the year hand-picked by members of the Chicago Film Critics Association, often with filmmakers, cast and crew in attendance to celebrate their work and connect with local audiences. It remains the only current example of a major film critics group that hosts its own festival, and it’s right here in Chicago.
