I cannot subdue the whole. It retains its mass. Side effects affect the parts I'm not focusing on. And when I push it down the rest goes UP Like a see-saw

The mass makes me feel. Whenever I touch it, the feelings wobble like jelly

I try to ignore it, think of nothing. But a Constant Stream of consciousness attacks me

I have to listen, distract myself, and feel anyway Music makes me feel Movies make me feel People make me feel Its exhausting. I've tried not to feel. Maybe that would make me feel ok.
