Reform accused of using third party to turn crypto into c... Digital currency donations have been turned into sterling to make them much less easy to track, sources say

So it turns out Reform are laundering their donations through crypto, before converting them into cash, hiding the original source of the money.

So who is really funding Nigel Farage and Reform UK?

I’m sure Indian billionaire, Sunny Varkey, wants to give Farage a ton of cash to improve the lives of the people of Clacton.
And definitely not to lobby for crypto or fossil fuels or to have first dibs on the firesale of British assets (eg the NHS) that Farage is bartering for power.
FFS wake up UK.

I know I keep writing about this, but the level of delusion is staggering. How do so many people think Reform will 'save the country' when it’s led by defected Tories from the worst cabinet in UK history? It’s not change, just same failures, new logo, and people cheering like it’s a revival, not a rerun.

Our media has become the story. What they decide is newsworthy, what they scream about, who they accuse, who they excuse, who they blame…

They have an agenda entirely of their own. Not one rooted in public interest or national responsibility. But one that is deeply rightwing and undemocratic.

I implore someone, anyone, in the media…

Do your job

And the next time you have Farage on, please ask him directly:

…what were the motivations behind this?

Covid inquiry live: ‘Inexcusable’ delays under Johnson led to 23,000 deaths Lockdowns may have been avoided if Boris Johnson’s government had acted faster, damning report finds

Having Johnson & Cummings in Downing Street when Covid struck was, just like Brexit, an entirely avoidable disaster caused largely by utterly appalling journalism. And now exactly the same clowns, arses & bigots with bylines are rolling out the red carpet for Farage.

Here's my plea to the government, media and everyone else to stop treating NHS administrators as a problem to be eliminated, rather than the glue which holds the whole organisation together.

If we're talking about bias, why do BBC politics programmes, from Politics Live to the Laura Kuennsberg Show, still always begin with a look at the newspaper front pages, which are overwhelmingly biased in one direction. Helps frame the entire news agenda and debate in their favour

Tees Valley mayor Lord (Ben) Houchen promised renewal. Instead, Britain’s biggest regeneration project has turned into a taxpayer-funded scandal - enriching a few local businessmen while leaving public bodies on the brink.

Tory policy: Let's spend 14 years asset stripping the country for our own ends & when we're finally voted out & things begin crumbling around us, we can blame the current government.

BBC Laura Kuenssberg Show Accused of Anti-Green Bias After Cancelling Zack Polanski Interview The new Green Party leader was the only major party leader not to have been granted a conference interview on the flagship BBC show

The Greens requested an interview on the Laura Kuenssberg Show with Zack Polanski when he was elected leader, but were denied, with a promise to interview him during Green conference instead.

This was then scrapped citing the Manchester synagogue attack. Polanski is both Jewish and from Manchester

Why are the American president's claims about autism the first item on British news bulletins?

He's not our president, the advice doesn't apply here and he's not presented any evidence to support his assertions.

So why spread these claims? What make this the biggest story in the UK?

Reform, with 0.7% of all MPs, featured in 25% of BBC's recent 10pm news bulletins Astonishingly, a party with 18 times as many MPs as Reform has received one-third less coverage on BBC News at 10.

British media pumps out daily propaganda pieces for Farage, fails to offer *any scrutiny* and basically legitimises rampant racism, then puts on its ‘innocent face’ and clutches its pearls at the rise of the far right…
What a grim betrayal of our democracy.

It's not asylum seekers who jack up rents, undermine the NHS, hold down wages and keep people insecure.
It's capital.
The role of the far right is to shift the blame for decades of economic attacks by the rich and powerful onto powerless people who have only just arrived here.

That this is presented by the media as “policy” is why we are in this mess.

These are not serious people. These are monkey tennis ideas, as divorced from the reality of criminal justice as you might expect from a company fronted by multi-millionaire simpletons.

Amazing really that… with nothing to show for it except harm done… Brexit remains politically untouchable, ringfenced from serious scrutiny.
Such a concerted and relentless effort by politicians and media - supposed patriots - to protect their con and screw the country.

TRIUMPH FOR REFORM AS IT SWEEPS INTO THIRD PLACE

by Our Political Correspondent
Hugh Kip

In the most seismic upheaval in the history of politics, Nigel Farage's Reform party continued its inevitable
march to Number 10 by spectacularly coming third in the Hamilton by-election.
After a disastrous night for Labour which saw the party only come first and win the election, it was clear that Starmer's days are numbered. If this result were replicated in a General Election, Reform would win a massive no seats, while labour would be consigned to the dustbin of history with another massive majority.
The records will show that our prediction that it would be a two horse race between the SNP and Reform became a reality - as the Scots rejected the discredited SNP and consigning them to second place. This proved, as we said, that Reform is the only option north of the border, apart from Labour.
A bruised and battered Starmer was clearly on the ropes as he addressed cheering crowds, and he must now only be days away from resigning - thus paving the way for Nigel Farage and his four MPs to sweep to power.

Private Eye exposing again the utter idiocy of our politics.
This sums up *exactly* how Farage and Reform get rocket-boosted by a media, drunk on sensationalist nonsense. Unserious and irresponsible but it’ll be up to us to prove them wrong.

11 weeks apart.

They were willing to overlook the lies, Jan 6th, fraud, the arrest, the charges & the rape to celebrate his return to the White House.

Now they feign surprise that the sociopath we all warned was a sociopath is indeed still a sociopath.

There were those in 1914 who believed that war was just what was needed - as a cleanser and a salutary shock. England would be the better for it. As we wait for the result of the final Brexit talks, the heirs of these fools are still with us.

Nigel Farage isn't the answer to our problems, Britain. He is the cause of them.

Until my country can work that very simple puzzle out we are doomed.
