Before the sad closure of the Redcar steel works I used to do radiation protection consultancy there. Never did I get so many steps and "climbs" during a site visit. Workers declined the lifts and would walk up 5 floors for "fun". I had to stop at level 3 and recover, as 50+ yr olds laughed at me!

I am an expert at not a lot. But I try. Used to cook #curry related foods everyday for years. Then as I got older my enthusiasm, like many of my hobbies, was tested ! So tonight I thought damn it, a chicken leg madras curry it will be! Nothing special or clever. Into the oven!
