Sometimes I wonder if I'd also be part of the backlash had I heard Getting Killed first, without the lingering affection I still have from 3DC (I still haven't heard Projector or the solo album)

I'm kinda the opposite (song-wise not the race part), I felt like most of the album felt like sketches (like those 2), rather than fleshed-out songs like Cobra or Au Pays. I liked 3D Country way more not just cuz it's more fun but more Finished (imho)
