It’s not Millwall fans. It is racists. They are unfortunately at all clubs. We have to challenge racism whenever it shows its ugly head, including at Palace.

He was doing commentary on the Newcastle game. Later on in the commentary he referred to a conversation he had had with Mark Bright before the game so I assume that is his source.
Wasn’t it Lerma who had the header cleared off the line by a hand against Forest?
That’s the performance that we have all been wanting since he signed. With most players fit we loom so much better and it must be so much easier for individuals to play to their ability.
Try the food hall in the market. I would say try Mr Mackerel but not sure if we should be eating mackerel at the moment.
I think Bayern Munich was an attractive move. Big club, guaranteed Champions League, had a role for him and probably would be prepared to sell if Olise got an offer from Real or Barcelona.
That would be a good pub game.
Or even this week.
I used to think he was ok but the difference Moyes has made to Everton really illustrates how good Dyche is. I don’t think he is good enough for what we want. We don’t just want to stay up playing attritional football.
Neco Williams
These managers/coaches often can take teams to new heights but can’t necessarily develop players. But that’s fine, we had quite a high.
Maybe after 2 and a bit seasons is the natural time for Glasner to move on?Maybe feels this himself. Just wish it was done without all the disruption. He could have just kept quiet till the end of the season.
I think Kamada is unrecognisable from the player who first played for us. His movement, passing and touch are really good. Still the occasional silly foul giving away dangerous free kicks but we will really miss him next season.
Possibly the best thing I’ve seen on tv for a long time.
And we had a little Noades out protest afterwards. Remember the Noades Busters posters?
Weight shifting
That was an exception though. They put 5 past us a few weeks earlier. I do think we might be seeing the limits of our way of playing. Maybe Forest last year shows how well it can go.
Why can we never break down a low block. And why do we always look worse after Glasner changes the formation.
I’m not sure whether his decision was wrong but the fact we had no alternative didn’t help.
Anderson is a brilliant footballer. One of those players who even when they are playing against your team you enjoy watching. He has amazingly fast feet.
He may not always have got it right but was the most creative player in our team. He does need players to make the runs but we really struggle against teams who sit back.
Be honest. It’s a bit more than ok.
I feel football has created ownership structures that leave us all a bit cold. Our billionaires aren’t nice people or have any connection to the club. And this is the model - see Forest, City, Newcastle……
Careful. Forest will take their place.
There is something a little odd about having Nketiah as his backup. He is not a bad player but just a completely different player to Mateta. Makes it hard to swap between the two.
The odds reflect the bets being put on so they will shift. As political betting doesn’t attract relatively loads of bets it can be volatile. Bookies have no greater insight or wisdom.
Where is Doucoure at now? Will he be back this season and how long before he is anything like he was. And he was fantastic. Him getting back to his best would be a huge boost. Especially if Wharton goes in the summer.
My issue is that everyone a big player leaves it becomes a crisis. Other teams (Brentford, Brighton, Bournemouth) seem to have more longer term planning and replace players with less drama.
It is all a bit of a mess. There are people/actions we can blame for this situation but it will never be easy for a club our size to be near the top. And stay there. We do need some new players though.
I think it isn’t a simple Parish or Glasner right or wrong thing. We are in a tricky situation where players are being picked off by bigger clubs, we are a middling Premier League team financially. Palace is owned by people with no link to Palace and managers and players are never as loyal as fans.
