Courts martial have to be convened by an officer with a superior rank to the person tried. 10 U.S.C. § 822(b) (Article 22 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice). No one with the authority to convene a court martial has a rank greater than (or even equal to) the President/CiC. 🤮

I do think that there shld be a mechanism to hold the CiC accountable past impeachment, the criminal courts are not capable of delivering justice necessary when the President commits war crimes.

However, the constitution & statutes are against me, n it a boricua can dream.

My dream is to impeach Trump, Vance, then every judge Trump appointed since 2016, all of them. Then criminal trials.
