He's not likely to veto the bill, but it's still our duty to advocate for trans people through this step and then work toward a court challenge.

The House concurred with Senate amendments to HB754, the trans health data surveillance bill, so the bill will head to Governor Lee soon.

A small bit of good news for now. HB2055 that bans state and local governments from including gender-affirming care in their health plans has been referred back to House Calendar & Rules from the House floor.
