Americans have been duped.

Every other advanced country has universal healthcare, universal education, paid family leave, paid maternity leave, at least 6 weeks paid vacation, living wages, and a commitment to green energy.

That’s how you make America great.

Three people I work with sick and none of them think they have COVID. They test once and that's it. They also don't mask but keep getting sick after events, vacations, etc. Please wake up before your body craps out on you.

I'm sitting at my oral surgeon's office & it's crowded. Of course I'm the only masked person in here. But this couple next to me, maybe early 60s, have apparently been waiting 45 minutes & the wife is mad. She says he should go check what the delay is. I agree with this. He doesn't get up though.

Some friends are posting now about spreading “joy” through “in-person gathering” and “face-to-face community.” Unfortunately they’re also spreading COVID, and then saying they have a cold, “the summer flu,” a “kid virus,” etc. In my ideal community, we don’t mindlessly spread dangerous viruses.
