Rain won’t hinder our Brain Break! Some yoga this afternoon to reset before our last lesson of the day.

P4 have been building our skills whilst learning to write persuasively for a variety of topics. After weeks of diligent effort, lots of us were so proud of the work we produced today.

Learning about Electricity and where our household appliances get their power from.

Creating beautiful still life images in the style of Cézanne. We used chalk pastels and arranged fruit in a position that we found aesthetically pleasing. Next we took a photo in direct sunlight to ensure we could see light and shadow.

So much fun was had on our whole school trip to @edinburghzoo.bsky.social. We loved learning about the animals, their habitats and seeing them in real-life!
