Definitely, it has a lot of charm to it despite the rough edges. Doomsday is another one of his that I enjoyed. If you've never seen it its worth a watch.

It definitely has that vibe. Like a mix of someone trained by Roger Corman, and an amateur movie made with friends. You kinda get that vibe with The Descent too. Neil is really good at working in a low budget.
