As somebody that is dealing with fence issues and property boundaries I feel your pain. If the property markers are clear and it's a shared property line either one of you can do what you want without asking the other if I'm correct on the codes

I feel your pain. Thankfully I have a psych that's in Pennsylvania that has name brand tires but they're sub tire. So Cooper and Dunlop their second level tires. Which are the same performance levels as their main tires. You know you need different tires up there

Thanks. Unfortunately they are not holding up to their end of the warranty. And was told differently when I was offered the refund in March. Now I have to pay to ship it to manufacture in CA. Then they can test it and see if I get another. Which will be for sure "used" I'm so D U N !
Just to remind you guys that first off thank you, that this mobo was sold as new but on first boot up showed that it was used. So Amazon credited me but still said that I have a warranty with it.

I believe the board may have wiped out the CPU but I won't know. Tested hard drive on another machine & everything is there. USB ports w/various external drives all give me lights. If possible please advise on ddr4 new mobo amd CPU preferred. I'll be contacting Amazon. Bought 2/28, install 3/12

new mobo Asrock apparently failed. It may have wiped out And Ryzden CPU. Can't get to bios not even w/a spare drive. I have lights, fans, DVD, hard drive spins no bios. Seamus jumped, battery out, resat CPU, new thermal paste

The zero sugar was the main key. So having to add sugar and water to the pure cranberry juice defeated all purposes I did prior. So I have to redo my steps again.
I literally said I'm never doing unsweetened so I figured the pure would have been good with zero sugar and not even realizing it I grabbed on sweetened.
I was going for zero sugar and then also there's a cleanse ritual that you drink unsweetened cranberry juice so I already did the zero sugar. And that tasted great so I reached for the unsweetened not realizing it was unsweetened just pure and then when I took a sip I was on the floor gagging! 🤭

So I bought Ocean spray pure cranberry juice. Unfortunately it was unsweetened! And my first sip I felt like I was drinking sour milk! 😂😱
So I doctored it up by heating it up with water and sugar and a little bit of salt. It tastes better not bitter. 😂 I'm never going to make that mistake again! 🤣
