We carry weight on our genetics as much as our habits. People need to live with it.

If they have shipped and it has not arrived, the USPS is having huge delays right now and it may arrive within the week.

If they have not shipped, I would demand a refund and not work with this business again. There are artists on Etsy who make keychains who are more reliable.

Contact their customer support. Have a screenshot of your order, and ask them if they can affirm if they're having shipping order problems. If it sends you to AI, tell them you do not want AI. You want to talk to their shipping department's human supervisor. Ask them to prove they've shipped.
