I empathize greatly. I've--somehow--been able to ignore the fact that the Marketplace exists and enjoy my game, but occasionally I get so infuriated by it all.

I'm not partial to the art style, personally. And if we were to compare the versatility of these items to the maybe 20 items in a $5 kit, there is none.

I'm just absolutely baffled by it all.

Coffee related items. Not functional, decorative. But you can't buy just 600 Moola on the Marketplace. No, you'd need to buy 1,000 for $10 just to be able to get a $6 item.

Microtransactions coming to The Sims has been--without a doubt--the worst thing to happen to this game.
