Oh for sure! Your idea makes sense and would totally work! I was just saying that I’ve tried using pink for scars and it sometimes felt a little jarring but it’s a good idea!

And yea I could try something like that!

Yea I know that logically pink might work better but aesthetically I was just trying out different ways to make it look good. And in black and white I’d probably use cross hatching to give the scars texture

Potentially, I tried pink but for some reason it felt too different so I went with a lighter shade of brown

Yea I tried to experiment with the color to make them noticeable but not too distracting.

One of my major inspirations is the artist behind the comic Deadly Class, the artist Wes Craig did a great job showing scars

Honestly it’s not hard to draw, it’s just a lot of jagged shapes and lines.

The larger patches are burns, and bruises, the sharp lines are cuts and the circles are bite marks

It’s honestly a lot of story telling in the scars based on their shape, size and color, so some scars can tell the exact injuries that occurred like cuts or burns or bites

Haha not this time, was going for more of a more loose look and a way to show off the arms more
