This is what I was saying to gav earlier. There's little fat on my arms and legs, it's all on my belly and I know I have a fair bit to lose but not a third of me's worth...🤣 I'm currently borderline overweight/obese but can walk all day and deadlift 80kg so, I'm not perfect, but I'm OK. 💁‍♀️

Anyway... I'm thinking about goals for next year and losing almost a third of body weight absolutely is not one of them. I'd rather be heavier, stronger and healthier.

The scale for men isn't much better, but at least they're allowed some muscle along with their skin and bones. Us women don't need any, it seems.

I know BMI is bullshit but today I checked my ideal weight for my height and, apparently, it's 55kg. I've only been at this weight once in my adult life and I was basically doing ALL the cardio and very skinny. Ie... no muscle. How can that be achievable, sustainable or healthy?

(My parents were supposed to come for dinner, but flu has hit them, so they cancelled, leaving me with almost a kilo in cheese and two desserts to consume. The planned brisket has gone in the freezer and we had hanger instead. 😍)

Christmas breakfast, starter and main. Will we make it to dessert and cheese? I've had the Christmas pudding and panettone in the cupboard since, at least, last Christmas so it would be good if we could squeeze it in somewhere!!
