Having a completely flat company structure never works. "Flat" structures always lead to employees themselves creating heirarchy. Whether it's consciously or subconsciously. SOMEONE will always be a layer between the owner and the employees.

That's what everyone keeps telling me 😂 Maybe I should listen. We'll see. One cool thing is there's a few boating memberships out here whereas you basically just lease the boat and the owning company does all of the maintenance. That might be the best option.
