Portobello mushroom burger

Mix up some oil, balsamic, garlic, thyme and a little cayenne, pour in middle of mushroom and top with feta cheese. Slam bun around it once the cheese is melted.

( Easy to make, lots of room for error and still delicious. I do ~10min @ ~350F )
