Basically implemented this solution : gist.github.com/jakebesworth...

Problem solved, but when I dropped the stamp node over the paper nodes (both Area2D), it stamped the whole stack. I introduced a "hoveredNode" to be updated by calling the whole group of papers and checking the top most paper. Don't know if I'm clear haha

Currently working on a new video game on Godot called Secretary Simulator, having trouble with multiple overlapping Area2D 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨
