2/2 Maybe you use one account via legendary and the other account with the epic launcher. That should work. You can install the game via the epic launcher and then import the game with legendary. Just give it a try.

1/2 I'm not sure. I don't have two epic accounts. It seems that legendary do not allow to run two accounts in parallel. You would need to switch manually, which is not convenient.
