i’m very surprised that i haven’t had an actual binge in like a month or so bc i usually don’t last this long without doing it at least once or twice

i’m so demotivated and just tired all i want right now is 10 wendy’s chocolate chip cookies with a large cherry dr pepper

i had a rest day from the gym today and god i needed it but i do hate the not counteracting my consumption thing

if i don’t lose a lb by the morning im going to amputate something

hot take maybe but pilates is probably the most difficult kind of exercise someone can do and no i’m not exaggerating. i can weight train for 20~ minutes, do cardio for 1hr+ i can even do standing hiit for around 30~ but pilates…im lucky to get to 5 minutes….

i did not enough calories before i went to the gym and now the world is genuinely spinning even while im sitting still 😔
