We were in Nashville when the storms hit last Saturday. Pretty hairy but managed to dodge the twisters. Brisk is probably best way to describe the weather in Minneapolis. I think we got out the day before the snow returned. Lovely part of the world.

First Parkrun for about six months and it’s a beauty! Charlotte, North Carolina. Finished 6th in 24:06 minutes, fastest 5k since injury. Gorgeous scenery too.
