What’s the most useful bit of advice you’ve received about writing?

Mine was that writing is a craft. It takes time and practice. No one starts out writing amazing things. Just keep at it.

Since my current project has hit a wall and I need to spend some time rethinking where I want it to go I’ve decided to start a new project for #startingoffwrite. Next problem is what idea to use!
