Pre-timeskip Tashigi from One Piece. Waist up. She's in a fighting, ready position, her sword held above her head. She has this gag from the pre-timeskip where she would put her glasses, that she needed to see, on her forehead instead of wearing them. This is a gag that It think is funny, but I am glad that she doesn't need it anymore.
