also if it helps - i suspect that they scrape the email from the support email section of your steam page, you could try putting a different email there so you know that any email that comes to that inbox is a scammer

As someone who makes and organises them as a job, I've never had any complaints from press when I've just put things in a Google Drive in nice separate folders.

Also makes it easier to change permissions and to offer embargoed information and files (e.g. for embargoed trailers).
