Surely a better thing to do is start banning the sale of ICE cars. Start taxing people extra to glue plastic weight onto a normal car and call it an SUV. Start banning ICE vehicle as through traffic in cities, and invest in renewable energy and storage for a vast vehicle charging network...
Modern cargo bikes don't replace bicycles, they replace cars. If you haven't ridden since childhood, the capability will shock you.
