Still learning apparently 🤣

My lowest moment was a 65km mountain ultra in Dec 2021, three days after having my COVID booster shot which caused aches and fatigue..
By the end I was so broken and stiff that my lovely wife had to take my shoes off for me as I couldn't do so myself 😅
So I admit I have never had a triathlete boyfriend, but having been a 20-something endurance athlete and am now about to be a 40yo endurance athlete... I have thoughts 🤐
If you wanna keep doing the fun things, you can't push through the injury signs!
Wout van Aert and Tadej Pogacar riding through the Mons-en-Pevèle cobbled sector in Paris Roubaix 2026
With a Wout win, we're halfway there! Come on Zoë, do it for the fans 💪
Yeeees!!!
Thaaaanks 🥰

No idea how those guys implemented that (again, ATproto noob), but it could be a model?
I don't know your architecture (or much about ATproto 😅), but my goto emergency option is deploying a custom NginX container with a static error message.
Does AT proto not provide some option for notification on the app?
I get that it's tricky if you've accidentally just nuked the backend, but could you have an emergency build you deploy that either just sends a notification or sets a "fail whale" type default response?
Haha, got a bit rattled in its casing, eh? Well done on completing the Sportive!
Auchey-lez-Orchies is. 4* sector just a couple of km down the road is my backup but hopefully yeah!
Thanks! This trip has been chaotic and loosely planned, because I actually booked the weekend for another purpose... When that fell through I booked a ferry and an Airbnb at short notice. Hoping I get a spot to actually see some action 😅
I did a very crude 35mm cylinder x circumference of tyre approach just like Rob and I likewise get ~2L
My ability to watch coverage is also compromised this year... By being roadside 🤩 I'll be in Mons-en-Pevèle if all goes well.
That is such a gorgeous colour 🤩 great choice.
I'm holding out for a Wout / Backstedt double, but agree with the overall sentiment!
Good luck!!
All the best, Char. Rest up well and hope you're back to full fitness soon ❤️🩹
Plus one excited Android user here 😅
Oh come on, I WOULD typo in my response about your typo, Katy you're contagious 🤣
I'm afraid with this one I'm not sure what you originally men 😅
That's a phenomenal typo, I need to workshop this into a resignation letter ASAP.
Attending Roubaix in person this year hoping to see her do something special 😁
Zoe Backstedt, finally injury free, still 21 years old, top 5 at Ronde btw.
Genuinely generational talent, still some positioning issues but the sky is the limit for her.
Really excited for her at Roubaix and the rest of the season
I'm going to watch Roubaix🪨 next week 🥳 Biking all the way from the ferry, as is becoming tradition. My plan is to find a spot somewhere near Carrefour de l'Arbre or Mons-en-Pevèle.
Anyone following me going to be at the race, and if so where from?
I know right?! Winning the sprint for fourth in DDV too 🥳💪
Have a great day!
My take on the remco-RVV topic:
- lying to the press about a rider's race calendar is not a red flag indicating general dishonesty. Non-Belgians can easily forget how fucking weird the Belgian press are about Remco and Wout especially, and they are not owed the truth about rider plans.
Thanks, I'm wreaking havoc all over the North West this weekend 🥰 #StormDave
