Pilot and F.O. killed in collision with fire truck. Many injured and hospitalized. Air traffic controllers heard yelling at the truck to stop. This is a sad day.

It’s hard to blame woke DEI when the military is losing a war because of the straits.
I hate that we’re demoing half built housing in a housing crisis over something that isn’t a safety concern. It really sucks for the tenants who are waiting to move in! (And for the people who live next to this site that will now continue to be a demo/construction site too)
Delaying occupancy for the whole building sure does though
Not to mention the stress of living next to a construction AND demolition site. The neighboring houses must be having hell.
If the goal was to continue to exert pressure on the housing market and delay occupancy, sure...
This is disgusting waste. City of Halifax, just fine the developers and move on. 9 months and $1M in costs to demolish the top floors of a building in a housing crisis is UNHINGED.

A scrolling screenshot of Runbox's status page in the early hours of March 5th showing 5/6 systems are fully down, including POP, IMAP, SMTP...
You're still down. What's going on? It's been almost a full day of email outages and no support, no updates to your website, no messaging on your status page... Just this.
Gonna give this a try
I love brio
I love what you've been doing with rounds!
A snow-covered street with a partially visible metal grate for drainage, surrounded by melting snow.
Slightly warmer temperatures are expected this weekend! 🌡
As the snow melts, please take a moment to clear catch basins and storm drains near your property so melting snow can drain properly.
Keeping these areas clear helps water flow safely and prevents it from pooling on streets and sidewalks.

“The dissent I’ve seen is like a whisper. It’s a fear-based culture right now.”
Across the industry, workers describe a ‘fear-based culture’ and pressure to ‘fall in line.‘

And China will eliminate ice hockey? The dementia is showing Donny...
The whole industry is doing this right now and it makes me very sad.
Someone tell me there is still whimsy, fun, and beauty in technology?
It was never about the cost of lunch.
1. Eliminate your worker's $20 daily lunch stipend.
2. Blame lack of productivity on decreased use of costly office spaces.
3. Administer costly layoffs.
4. Spend at least $30/day/person on AI usage tokens.
5. Administer costly layoffs.
The cost of lunch fallacy:

Canadian hubris is consistently claiming the moral high ground while proudly arming a fascist state against its own citizens, the same one that threatened to invade us less than 1 year ago.
I have never been more enraged.

A portrait landscape photograph of a wintery farm scape in Alberta, Canada. In the foreground, deep snow leads to thin wooden fence posts and a line of dead bushes. Beyond the fences, golden wheat stubble pokes through the snow. The sky is light blue and brushed with pale white clouds.
Short trip to Alta. Experienced a 30C temperature swing over the weekend. Lovely province 🌾❄️❤️
