This incident has been resolved. We're actively working behind the scenes to shuffle around infrastructure to avoid these issues in the future.
(3/3) On the bright side, the workaround also resolved a pre-existing IPv6 issue we'd already filed with them; so, thanks for that, we guess!
(2/3) We mitigated by rerouting traffic directly to instances under our control, bypassing the affected Vultr infrastructure. The root cause lies squarely with Vultr, and we're in contact with them to find out what went wrong.
(1/3) At approximately 13:42 UTC, a networking issue at our upstream hosting provider Vultr caused all inbound traffic to be dropped, resulting in a complete outage across all Fluxer domains.
This incident has been resolved! It lasted 26 minutes, with two engineers on it the moment alerts fired. Thanks for sticking with us!

We've identified an issue with an upstream email provider and are aware of the unfortunate timing with the release of the LTT video.
Oh right, this post was a thing. A late update: The incident lasted for just 33 minutes. Root cause was upstream issues with our infrastructure provider. All good now!

We pushed out a quick update to fix the maintenance alert at the top of the client from not being able to be dismissed.

Member lists have been disabled globally to shed some load to make the platform a bit more usable in preparation for the next deploy that will let us bring them back, HQ back, improve loading times of media, eliminate random failures and intermittent latency, and a lot of other cool things!

Add a Community modal with three options: create community, join community, and import template
It should be working! You can head to the add a community button at the bottom of the community list sidebar, and it'll be in that modal.
It will remain unavailable for the time being, we're still trying to truly get everything stable with that one - though there's a bunch of other communities on the discovery tab that you can check out!
