I have two articles in this week's Space Review. This is the topic of one of them. Should be online by Tuesday.

Thank you.
So you're saying it was stolen?
I will have another article this coming week in The Space Review focusing on newly-discovered launch photographs of reconnaissance satellites.
It's because of all your salacious pictures.
NASA has released a few dozen images from the flyby. But I suspect that the astronauts have thousands more on their cameras. There may be some hidden gems among them.
Paul has skills. AI has the power of slop.

It was a cool rocket.
Yes, Phil was a friend of mine. Wonderful guy.
I don't know. It's a mystery.
My new article (1 of 2) is up. It is about a bunch of new photos of HEXAGON reconnaissance satellite launches. (I also have photos of other previously unseen launches that I will publish later.) thespacereview.com/article/5198/1
Yeah, I already know the answer. It's just something that is always on my mind, how much good will we've destroyed in a very short period of time.
I've been thinking about that soft power a lot. How much of it is negated by what the president is doing and saying now?
When I was a kid I was a naval buff, and the Kidd-class destroyers were among my favorites. Amazing that they are still serving in Taiwan today.
I have two articles in next week's Space Review. The minor one is about these things:
I kinda get the sense that he has no idea what he's doing...
Yes we do. Isaacman tweeted about it last night. Not a problem. Discoloration was something they saw in testing. No material came off.
In the interview, the admiral refers to LBJ telling him to find ships on the high seas, possibly headed to Cuba. So the Missile Crisis was the context, although this was in 1968.
You were right. The interview transcript said "P2," which was the "P-2 Neptune." I've asked my editor to fix it.
Alas, after the brief joy of the splashdown, we now return to the Real World.
Found it:
Did you know that there is an all-metal model of the Cosmic Butterfly that the Smithsonian owns?
You're right. Although I need to check the source. He may have only said P-2, in which case it was not an Orion but a P-2 Neptune.
My Space Review article is about how the intelligence community tracked a Soviet helicopter carrier in the Black Sea based upon its radar emissions. Harry Stranger just found this 1971 photo of a Soviet helicopter carrier in port. thespacereview.com/article/5195/1
Bummer. I had a problem with my Camry a few years ago and a search identified it. Then my mechanic ignored me and assumed it was something else. And it was odd--the automatic braking system sensor unit, which led to odd readings on the dashboard.
Look, you can't work in a cheese shop and not learn a thing or two about naval mines...
Type your car make and problems into Google. That may help tell you what the problem is.
I occasionally have to drive through that area to get into DC. It's a big traffic circle. Construction there would be a major hassle. But when you're at ground level there, you realize that any structure, even a small one, will wreck the sight lines of the city.
