I googled 'Swalwell charges' And got a piece from MSN that quotes one of the alleged victims. I would also recommend you go to the SF Chronicle site. They're the ones who broke the story. I didn't want it to be true, but I fear that it is.

The alleged victims will have an opportunity to present testimony in court, Amy. A jury will decide if they are credible. I'm a lifelong Democrat, and though I don't live in CA, I was pulling for Swalwell. But I believe these women.
