Tankers from the Gulf to Europe take 35-45 days via the Cape of Good Hope, 25-30 days via the Suez canal. From the Gulf to Asia it's 10-15 days, which is where "demand destruction" is now rife. Those if us not in West Asia are yet to feel the full ramifications of this crisis.
