I was able to cancel because my credit card expired. Have you tried getting a proxy card with like $1 on it, switching the payment method to that? Pretty sure there are services out there that let you get those for free.

I don't use Adobe anymore (as far as they know) but heads up for all of you who do. Better yet, you can cancel by switching your payment method to a temp card with like $1 on it (there are online services you can use) so auto pay fails. Then switch to something on slightly higher seas.
