You can really tell America is winning this war when the president panic posts “open the fuckin’ strait, you crazy bastards” at 5 am on Easter Sunday along with an extension on their deadline

Was a novelty/spoof device I made as part of a response post to a device that supposedly sniffed for "open" election machine devices.

But anyway, the code was simple and pulled from the usual sources. You can find it here: github.com/sboger/Pillo...

This image shows a collection of small electronic components and a candy container laid out on a brown and tan mottled countertop. It appears to be the materials for a "do-it-yourself" electronics project, where the components are meant to be hidden inside the candy box.

Here is the spatial layout and description of the items:

Left Side: A clear, empty plastic "Tic Tac" mint container. The label is green and white and reads "Freshmints."

Top Center: The white plastic lid for the Tic Tac container, detached from the clear box. Its small dispensing flap is propped open.

Center: Two small electronic circuit boards resting side-by-side:

Left Board: A small, blue rectangular board featuring a silver micro-USB port at the top and tiny electronic components soldered to it. This is a common battery charging module.

Right Board: A slightly smaller black rectangular board. It has gold zig-zag lines (an antenna) at the bottom and eight small metal connection pins at the top. It has "ESP-01S" printed on it, which is a compact Wi-Fi microchip.

Right Side: A small, rectangular silver pouch. This is a lithium-polymer rechargeable battery. It has a strip of translucent yellow tape across the top edge and two thin wires—one red and one black—that extend out and end in a tiny white plastic plug.

Bottom: Lying horizontally beneath all the other items is a rectangular strip of paper. Printed on this paper is a greyscale, repeating pattern of closely packed, overlapping ovals. The pattern is designed to look exactly like a cluster of white Tic Tac mints.

The arrangement strongly suggests a "stealth" electronics build: the battery and microchips will likely be placed inside the empty Tic Tac container, and the paper strip will be wrapped around the inside to disguise the electronics, making the container appear as though it is simply full of mints.

Lol. I did this a few years ago to spam out thousands of very specific SSIDs... I got it down to the size of a tic-tac case...

The White House App’s Propaganda Is The Least Alarming Thing About It Call me crazy, but I don’t think an official government app should be loading executable code from a random person’s GitHub account. Or tracking your GPS location in the background. Or …

Sen Mark Kelly rips Hegseth sermon:

"It’s not the way somebody who claims to be a person of God—a religious person—should think," Kelly says, adding that war is "ethically complicated" and that "any serious warfighter struggles with it.”

I think this is a faultline that runs throughout the administration: They have no theory of mind, and are completely baffled by any motivation more complicated than immediate material gain.

A bill passed the Senate last night 100-0 to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily.

But he won’t do that. Because Trump has ordered him to keep TSA shut down and keep the chaos.

Pure incompetence.

Today marks 16 years of the Affordable Care Act — a landmark expansion of health care for millions of Americans.

Since then, Republicans and Trump have waged war on health care.

Their Big Ugly Bill jacked up costs and will kick millions off of their plans.

Indeed, it already has.

Why are ICE agents coming to airports? Because GOP blocked 6 different bills that would have opened TSA. They won’t fund TSA unless we give ICE unlimited funds and impunity. This is the GOP’s mess.

Secretary Bessent has become an artist at saying things on television that are so wildly implausible that we know for certain he doesn’t believe them himself but settle as comfortably as descending buzzards into the presidential cognitive range.

I have an addition to tip 3. Bring your most disliked child. Make sure they have those lego e-bricks jammed in their pockets, bags, etc. They work excellently as a sacrificial family member to get through ICE, and you'll feel less guilty about it!
