‘Twas on this day in 1981…….

It was!
Gary Doherty had a blinder on this day in 2001 having come on as sub at half time.
We were 2 down and we ended up winning 3-2. He helped himself to a brace
‘‘Twas on this day……
Isn’t this what we were shown last week on the Armstrong group?
View from my seat on the gantry with 15 mins to kick off
Wrong Daniel Wynne!
I work at Spurs not Norwich! Sorry 😊👍

A cup tie under the lights here at THS is always special.
Let’s hope this is one to remember
Nice! I was 2 feet from you both. Snubbed 🤣🤣
👍
👍
NSR but awful news about Micail Antonio.
Hope he’s managed to survive this
Great to see his name adorning the main stand here at Orient.
😊
Sounds good thank you Jill.
Hi @jilllewis33.bsky.social
My friend @80s90sspursbooks.bsky.social is writing his second book. First was Spurs in the 90s and this one is now on the 80s
He’d like to talk to you to get some additional female representation in the book.
Will leave you two to it if you’re open to talking to him
To those like minded folks who collect the Club’s handbooks, this season’s is out already.
Well done to everyone involved in getting it ready this side of Xmas.

Games are coming thick and fast now with injuries and illnesses inevitably taking their toll.
Another tough game today followed by two tricky matches on Thursday and next Sunday.
A huge week starts today.

Commentating at Wembley for the England Women v USA Women’s National team match.
The last football at Wembley in 2024
Sonny joins Steve Perryman on 64 😊👍
If my numbers are correct, Ben Davies joins Hugo Lloris as our joint second highest number of European appearances for the Club on 70.
Harry Kane leads the way with 76
Exactly. VAR is part of the refereeing team and if they can’t function then that game shouldn’t go on imo
They have a difficult and thankless job. Every decision is scrutinised and looked at whereas they have to give it instantly. They usually get it right. A horrible job!
Wow. That’s so bad
Yes I agree Jai but that’s not the point!
If something happens and it was a case of “VAR would have spotted that” it will become the unnecessary narrative of the game
Interesting
Fire alarm at Stockley Park so they’re carrying on the Ipswich v Man Utd game without VAR
Im surprised they’re doing that and not waiting as it means not all games are being officiated equally
That’s the key to it all
Morning
I’ve had worse Saturday nights 😊
