Happy #IndieAnimationDay! We at Laugh Box are currently working on three different projects that we hope to get completed someday within the years that we have left on this planet. Not much has been done yet so see these as proofs of concepts.

Help Wanted! (Voluntary work for now.) Objective: We are currently looking for talent to make entertaining cartoons and animations. Our staff numbers are low. What we need: - Animators (Rough/Clean-Up) - Storyboard Artists - Background Artists - Writers - Voice Actors - Concept Artists Requirements: - 17 years old or older. - Understanding of the fundamentals of the desired role picked. - Dedication to the work done for Laugh Box. - Good time management. (Needed now more than ever) - Discord account: It's the main source of contact within the studio. The only answer I will ever need is to see all of these creators come together to share their ideas no matter how stupid and random they are.

Finally, we have our main priority, the Inside The Box shorts. A What A Cartoon, Looney Tunes, or Silly Symphonies inspired series where different one-off stories to test the skills of our animators.

First off is our main show of development, Crazy Love. It's about a cartoonist who has to escape his coma with the help from his girlfriend and caretaker while avoiding being killed by college students.

Oscar is a cartoonist/animator who is more or less the every man trapped in a world of madness who just so happens to get into hilarious situations. He is smart, strategic, and has a pretty good sense of humor. He is also a fish out of water. Always questioning the world in his mind and what his friends are even doing. He's also the straight man keeping everything in sane check making sure nothing gets out of hand. Sometimes, he can go insane on rare occasions, especially involving his past. Hell, on the rare occasion he goes along with the wacky antics.

Scarletta is a beginning elemental witch who is a fire master but is still learning how to use her ice and thunder powers. She may be hot, but that's not the focus of her character. She’s an energetic, and bubbly type of character who speaks whatever comes into her mind and makes some sarcastic remarks along the way. To everyone else, she's also just a badass who takes care of situations no one can control, but Oscar and Birdenstein, experience a more caring side who wants to keep her friends and family happy and make them feel better. She's also headstrong and while not stubborn, she'll still prefer to do things her way unless they involve something that can guarantee success. While her actions lead to the situation being worse more often than not, she'd be willing to make things work out. She's also Oscar's girlfriend.

Birdea teacher of Scarlet and a mentor to Oscar. He's here to help Oscar escape his mind and get him out of his coma. He's easily the smartest of the three, being the one to come up with all the plans and creates all of the inventions. He's not an insane character as he has more logic and reasoning behind his actions, but isn't a straight man like Oscar because he does some insane stuff as well. While he still cares for Oscar and Scarletta, his genius leads to him being really prideful about himself and his creations. Since he’s old, and has two pegs, he can’t move around too well, even with him being able to stand well on his own with his cane. So, he made The What to help with transportation. The What is a much more calm and peaceful creature. Despite it being made out of metal, it still has a big heart. Loyal, caring, senisble, and a nice place to protect yourself, what else could you want from this thing?

About that "Crazy Love" thing I say I was creating in the description, well it's an actual product I'm working on right now. Here's the logo and characters.
