2024. I moved house, had a baby, went back to work, got a new job, passed my driving test, got a fringe, and yet starting out again on BlueSky feels more stressful…

Aaaand I’m officially back to permanent work. Now the artist formally known as Twitter is basically no man’s land, I’m looking forward to sharing with and learning from colleagues in the museums sector again. I have a *lot* of news (and I’m sure you do too!)

This isn’t normal. And don’t they have to inform you legally? Because surely they’re putting children at risk not adhering to set dismissal times and making them make their own way home in the dark?!
I also have Views. And Values that do not line up with arbitrary rule abiding. Rules that are there for a reason, fine. No talking in corridors or classrooms unless spoken to, Not Fine
*this* - I was going to say it definitely sounds like A Particular Notorious Academy Chain that has forgotten that children and young people are humans not tiny robots that constantly obey completely arbitrary rules…
